Brief Summery of Project Handle 

Ø     As a team leader of my own firm I present myself for the complete services in almost all sectors of the HVAC consultancy field.

Ø As Incharge (HVAC Design) in Mecatech International I was responsible for the design/supervision of HVAC systems for various kind of buildings (e.g. office buildings, hospital buildings, arts council buildings, switchgear & control room buildings of power plants & fertilizer plants, pharmaceutical buildings etc.). I was also involved to manage/supervise the activities of the design team for quality assurance as well as completion of the project in time.

SYED SHEHZAD RAZA KAZMI

Ø  As Incharge Maintenance Cell in Nespak I performed various activities for the operation and maintenance of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting Systems of Nespak House Building. The activity involves administrative control and supervision on operation and maintenance staff for various disciplines, estimation and procurement of spare parts and monitoring of maintenance schedules.

Ø  As Senior HVAC Design Engineer completed independently the design of HVAC systems of various buildings. The activities regarding design of HVAC systems involves system planning, coordination with all other building services to accommodate HVAC system, development of system concept, sizing of ducting/ piping, development of equipment layout, duct and pipe routing, preparation of tender documents and equipment schedules, preparation of engineer’s cost estimates, tender evaluation, scrutiny of shop drawings and technical submittals.

Ø  As Senior HVAC Supervising Engineer performed various activities involving resident supervision of HVAC works, site inspection reporting, certification of contractor’s bills, equipment inspection and work progress monitoring.

Ø  As Junior HVAC Engineer participated in cooling/heating load estimation duct/pipe routing and sizing, equipment selection, BOQ preparation, preparation of tender drawings, scrutiny of shop drawings & technical submittals and engineer’s cost estimates.

Ø  As Junior Engineer (Mech.) assisted in the preparation of tender documents, engineer’s cost estimate for earth moving equipment and preparation of specifications of workshop equipment for the power plant.

Ø  As Trainee Engineer in M/s. Milkways Limited assisted in the supervision of commissioning of Ultramatic Heat Treatment (UHT) plant and refrigeration plant for cold stores. Got training for operation and maintenance of water treatment plant, cream separator and types of pumps.
